Located in Cooke County Texas, about an hour north of Fort Worth, this charming north Texas town is the perfect destination for a day trip.
One of the first things you’ll notice as you drive into town is the architecture. Many of the buildings in Muenster are modeled after traditional German structures, with half-timbered designs and steeply pitched roofs. It’s a nod to the town’s heritage, which dates back to the 1800s when German Catholics settled in the area.
